Most gyms sell access. We sell coaching.

Every member starts with a one-to-one assessment. Every class follows a written eight-week cycle. Every coach on the floor works here full time, so the person correcting your squat on Monday is the same person on Thursday.

  • A one-to-one assessment before your first class
  • Classes capped at ten people
  • Programmes written in eight-week cycles

The floor

1,100 m² under the original steel roof trusses, split into four areas so lifting, conditioning and classes don’t get in each other’s way.

Also on site

  • Changing rooms with showers and towels
  • Day lockers: bring a padlock or borrow one
  • Chalk, belts and wrist wraps to borrow
  • Covered parking for 30 bikes

Ways to train

Choose one or mix them. Every option starts with the same free one-to-one session.

Questions

An athlete chalking their hands over a chalk bowl.
Photo: Kimberly Teebagy
I’ve never lifted a barbell. Is 24 FIT for me?

Yes. Most members started with no barbell experience. You’ll begin with a one-to-one session and the four-week Foundations course, then move into regular classes.

What happens in the free trial session?

Sixty minutes, one-to-one, with a coach. We look at how you move, talk about your goals and any injuries, and try the main lifts with light weights. There’s no sales pitch at the end.

Do I need to book classes?

Yes. Book up to seven days ahead in the app. Each class takes ten people. If you can’t make it, cancel at least two hours before so someone else can have the place.

Can I follow my own programme?

Yes, with an Open gym or Coached membership. Part of the floor is reserved during classes, but a rack and a platform are always free for open gym.

What should I bring?

Flat shoes or lifting shoes, a water bottle, and a padlock if you want a locker. We provide towels, chalk, belts and wrist wraps.

Can I pause my membership?

Monthly memberships can be frozen for up to two months a year, for travel, illness or anything else. Tell us at the front desk or in the app.

How do I cancel?

Give 30 days’ notice in the app or by email. There’s no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
